We thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience here while staying at the JW Marriott. Francisco and Angel were our waiters and they were amazing! They attended to every detail and made sure we had a great dining experience. The food and atmosphere were phenomenal.
We had one breakfast, two dinners and one wine tasting at Gustino. We enjoyed our time there so much. We love the food and their service is awesome. We especially appreciate Milton who’s very passionate and knowledgable about wines and at the same time very patient when explaining to us. A place shall not be missed in JW Marriott!
We dined at Gustino, located in the JW Marriott Cancun, and it was quite an upscale experience. The wine selection at Gustino was impressive, they definitely take their wines seriously. Their service matched the high-end setting – professional, attentive, and smooth. The black-dough Pizza was really good, it's not just about the look. Gustino at the JW Marriott Cancun offers a great combination of sophisticated ambiance and quality Italian cuisine.
I had no intention of going to an Italian restaurant in Mexico. But I sure was wrong. This place is a revelation. From the kind greeters, to the special dessert everything was perfect. On top of the great food we were treated with a special Appel and a sorbet between courses. I can’t recommend this restaurant highly enough. I want to give a special shoutout to Angel and Stephanie who delivered service well above expectations. Thank you so much.
We went 2 times to Gustino during our stay at JW Marriot. Everything about this restaurant is top notch! Our server ; Milton was very friendly, attentive and informative. I really enjoyed the fungi risotto, seafood pasta, and calamari. They were delicious and seasoned well! I recommend to check this restaurant when you stay at JW Marriot Cancun or stay in hotel zone area.
Amazing restaurant at the hard rock resort! I will definitely come back! Food was so fresh and the sections are all great. Appetizers are so good. The wine list has a huge selection. Dessert it . I was not disappointed whatsoever! Highly recommend this restaurant if you're into Italian.
We stayed at the Marriott Cancun all-inclusive next door, and wanted to treat ourselves on our last evening. I cannot state enough about how exceptional the evening was. Absolutely gorgeous inside, wonderful staff, and amazing food. The extra touches are the reason I give it five stars. Fresh made pastas. A mozzarella bar. A live violinist. A palate cleanser between appetizer and entree, and even coming by with a selection of sliced lemons, limes and cucumbers for your water, which they then rim your glass with before placing inside your water glass. This restaurant and its staff are top notch!
Hands down the best...wished we had Gustino in Kentucky. The hospitality is out of this world. I ordered the filet with mushroom risotto and my husband got fettuccini Alfredo. The food was amazing!! The chef came out to our table because she noticed we had been there twice that week. She thanked us for coming. She is an amazing chef. The Manger is very personable. We need more of that in our country. I posted a pic of our Tiramisu...which was delish. I forgot photos of our dinner. I was too excited. If you haven’t been there...you should go now!
